Engineering & product development

TGITION provides engineering and product development support for power adapters, USB-C chargers, power inverters and related power electronics. From technical feasibility and circuit design coordination to prototyping, testing and manufacturing preparation, we help businesses evaluate new product concepts, improve existing designs and develop practical power solutions.

How a project runs

  • 1. Technical Evaluation & Constraints MappingLoad duty cycle, thermal limits, enclosure space and the compliance markets the product has to serve.
  • 2. Architecture, Schematics & Tooling DesignCircuit topology, component selection and the mechanical approach that will be tooled.
  • 3. Prototyping & Bench ValidationWorking samples measured against the specification — output, ripple, thermal rise, protection behaviour.
  • 4. DFM Review & Production TransferDesign-for-manufacture review before tooling, then the golden sample that anchors every later batch.

What you can start from

  • A requirement sheet: power, input range, output profile, connector, target markets.
  • Preliminary schematics or an existing design you want reworked for another market.
  • A benchmark unit or a competitor’s sample, with the specification you want to match or beat.

Where the risks are handled

The points in a project where cost or schedule usually moves.

Most of the cost of a power project sits in decisions made before tooling: a marginal thermal margin, a component with one source, a creepage distance that later rules out a market. We identify practical engineering paths, tooling trade-offs and the critical test steps up front, so the design that reaches production is the design that was validated. Post-approval quality control is managed through Quality & Manufacturing Support.
